Dr. Kenneth J. Rotondo, DVM, MBA
Founding Partner, President
Dr. Rotondo is a veterinarian, speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur who has collaborated with a variety of groups and organizations to increase business and personal performance.
He has been recognized as an expert in practice management and the dynamics associated with successful practices and businesses. He specializes in effective client communication, customer experience engineering, and consumer insights. He has owned and operated 5 veterinary hospitals in New York and has served on numerous boards within local, state and national veterinary organizations. He served on the Advisory Council to the Veterinary College at Cornell University and was selected as President of the New York State Veterinary Society during its centennial year and was honored as the New York State Veterinarian of the Year. He has held advisory roles for several veterinary pharmaceutical companies, reference laboratories and veterinary corporate ownership groups. For 14 years he represented New York State to the AVMA House of Delegates. He currently serves on the Canadian BioAlliance Mentoring Board, American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Veterinary Colleges, “Futures Commission”, Vet Health Global Conference Advisory Board and serves on the board of directors of several charities.
Dr. Rotondo lectures annually at university business and medical schools including University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Cornell University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), and Skidmore College. He presents to national conferences including the annual automotive Thought Leadership Summit, medical and marketing conferences. Dr. Rotondo has presented at the “IBM World of Watson Conference” and Social Media Week Conference in NYC. Most recently, he presented a case study with the University of Pennsylvania Medical College on medical compliance and messaging at the IBM THINK Conference in Las Vegas, and at the HIMSS Conference in Orlando, FL.
He holds a DVM degree from Cornell University and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
TIM FELDMAN
CEO
Tim Feldman is a growth-oriented operating executive with more than 25 years of experience building teams and leading businesses. He has a proven ability to focus and strengthen the capabilities of early-stage businesses, and materially improve the performance of more established organizations, as both an operating executive and as a strategy consultant. Tim is recognized for his deep healthcare industry knowledge and brings a unique perspective to his understanding of the forces shaping the future of the healthcare industry.
Over the course of his diverse healthcare career, Tim co-founded a 501(c)(3) dedicated to increasing the supply of human organs available for transplantation, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of a large, urban, disproportionate share hospital, and, as founder of a healthcare strategy consultancy, he served a diverse set of clients including large pharmaceutical manufacturers, along with several private equity-backed healthcare IT vendors. Most recently, Tim was Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer’s market-leading healthcare compliance business unit.
With 5-years post-MBA experience as a management consultant with Oliver Wyman, a top-tier strategy firm, Tim’s approach to any new role or engagement is fact-based and data-driven. He is an accomplished go-to-market leader with notable success improving operating results, often by leveraging lean process and agile development methodologies to spur innovation and new product development but, sometimes, by doing nothing more than simplifying unnecessary complexity.
Tim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. His Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology was granted at Ohio Wesleyan University. He holds certifications from Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Pragmatic Marketing (PMC II). Tim is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he serves on the Membership Committee of the MA Chapter.
Dr. Sunaina Shrivastava, PhD
Chief Behavioral Advisor
Having spent 7+ years in the field of Behavioral Science/Economics, Dr. Sunaina Shrivastava is a specialist in terms of Consumer-Behavior and Judgment & Decision Making. She is the Chief Behavioral Advisor at Rehavior and also serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at The O’Malley School of Business at Manhattan College. Prior to this, she worked as a Behavioral Scientist with the Ipsos Behavioral Science Center at Ipsos in New York. Dr. Shrivastava is an expert in leveraging and applying Behavioral science/Economics frameworks to aptly address business challenges in the realm of consumer behavior. She has worked on numerous client projects across a variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, banking, and insurance to name a few. She is well versed with the use of psycho-physical methodologies such as eye-tracking, facial expression analysis etc. to gain essential consumer insights.
Dr. Shrivastava’s work has been published in leading academic journals including Judgment and Decision Making and Journal of Marketing Communications. Several of her other works are under review at prestigious marketing journals. She regularly presents her work at conferences including Association of Consumer Research, Society of Consumer Psychology and Society for Judgment Decision-making.
She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Consumer-Behavior from The Tippie College of Business at The University of Iowa. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
Dr. Gaurav Jain, PhD
Executive Advisor & Academic Expert- Behavioral Economics
Dr. Jain is a tenured-track Assistant Professor of Marketing at The Lally School of Management at Renssalear Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in New York. With over 8 years of experience in the field of Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Behavioral Economics, he is considered to be one of the influential voices in the field. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Consumer-Behavior from The Tippie College of Business at The University of Iowa. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Economics.
Dr. Jain is responsible for teaching two core marketing courses at RPI – Marketing Research, and, Consumer Behavior. He regularly works with PhD students and has served on PhD committees. He is also responsible for setting up a behavioral lab at the business school. In addition to the traditional research methodologies, he utilizes biosensors such as eye tracking, facial expression analysis, response latencies to gain novel marketing insights.
He has published his work in leading research journals including the FT 50 journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. He regularly serves as a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals and is a regular presenter at top academic conferences (such as Association of Consumer Research, Society of Consumer Psychology and Society for Judgment & Decision-making) as well as relevant industry conferences (such as IIEX, and, Behavioral Science and Policy Association).
Claire Dinaso, MBA
VP, Director of Client Services
Claire is a skilled facilitator of the Rehavior science. Prior to the joining the Rehavior team she spent 11 years at Moskowitz Jacobs as Vice President of Consumer & Product Research where she managed domestic and global custom research studies for Fortune 500 clients. She implemented large-scale messaging studies among patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to determine optimal communication strategies.
Claire also spent 6 years in advertising development research, interacting with consumers first-hand to ensure that creative executions meet clients’ strategic objectives and resonate with the target consumer base. Her background in communications research has proven to be an invaluable asset in tailoring the relevant behavioral economics solutions to target audiences.
Claire holds an MBA in Marketing Research & Consumer Behavior from the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and is a proud alum of The Bronx High School of Science.
Taarini Gupta, MS
Behavioral Scientist
Taarini has many years of experience conducting psychological and behavioral research. She has extensive knowledge in the application of behavioral science concepts to social, organizational, as well political structures. She is an integral part of the implementation and execution team.
Her background in behavioral science research allows application of social and behavioral science theories and design to the development of test stimuli. Her keen understanding of human behaviors and habits facilitates in the design, launch and analysis of the data to uncover relevant motivational insights. She has worked with clients across multiple industries like pharmaceuticals, human healthcare, animal health etc. She has served as a mentor for students at Cornell University for the annual animal health Hackathon challenge.
Taarini holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Len manages and delivers key market research projects domestically and in a wide range of industries including legal, retail, education, pet, fundraising, medical, health and fitness.
Elizabeth Burke
Comptroller ~ Director of Operations and Administrative Services
Elizabeth is responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial and administrative reporting for Rehavior. She also collaborates with our team of professionals to assist with specific company or client needs in her role as Operations Director.
Sam Palazzole

Sam brings 50 years’ experience in healthcare to Rehavior. His healthcare experience started with 8 years in clinical medicine as a combat medic and ER/OR nurse/supervisor.
