Rehavior Participates in 8th Annual Cancer Health Disparities Symposium
Rehavior, the NEW Mind Genomics Advisors is proud to announce its participation in the 8th annual Cancer Health Disparities Symposium, held at the SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. The symposium aimed to educate investigators, clinicians, trainees, students, and members of the public on the latest research advances in understanding the biological differences contributing to racial and ethnic disparities in colorectal, pancreatic, and breast cancer outcomes.
In addition to discussing biological differences, the symposium also focused on comorbidities and modifiable factors that impact cancer health disparities. Rehavior was delighted to have former Congressman Klink present to discuss our work in increasing colorectal cancer screenings. We were honored to have the opportunity to share our research findings with such an esteemed audience and contribute to the discussion on reducing cancer health disparities.
One of the key themes of the symposium was the importance of expanding colorectal cancer screening in the community. As a leading provider of evidence-based interventions, Rehavior is committed to increasing awareness of the importance of colorectal cancer screening and promoting effective methods to improve cancer outcomes.
The symposium was a fantastic opportunity to hear from leading experts in the field and learn about the most effective methods for reducing cancer incidence and deaths. We are grateful to all the wonderful speakers for sharing their incredible insights and contributing to the ongoing effort to improve cancer outcomes.
At Rehavior, we are committed to improving the lives of those affected by cancer, and we look forward to continuing our work in this important field. We thank the organizers of the 8th annual Cancer Health Disparities Symposium for providing us with this opportunity to share our research findings and contribute to the important discussion on reducing cancer health disparities.
